Brooks Founded and started YNP Home Solutions and runs the day to day of the Home Buying Operation; He will likely be the person you’ll be talking to when it is time to come up with your custom offer for your property.
Brooks and his family are lifetime residents of the Tri State Area and have resided in Berkeley County WV now since 2006.
Jade Whipp –
“The woman with many hats”
Jade has been with YNP Home Solutions from the beginning. She takes on many important roles inside of the business. She is likely the first person you will speak to on the phone, by email or text. She makes sure you have a property your interested in selling as well as gathering the initial information we will need.
Jade also manages our ever-growing rental portfolio. She makes sure our properties are up to code and performing as they should and handles any tenant and maintenance issues for our company.
Mark Sloss –
Project Manager
Mark is the guy who makes sure all our renovations whether flips or rentals are being completed on time and at the level of precision and expertise we expect. Mark is very good at what he does and goes above and beyond to call of duty to make sure the job is done right the first time.
