Hey, everybody. Brooks here with YNP Home Solutions, your local family-owned home buyer right here in the Tri-state area, where we buy properties in all of Berkeley County, West Virginia, Washington, and parts of Frederick County, Maryland, and all of Franklin County, Pennsylvania. We’re going to continue today our video series of the top frequent asked questions that we received from sellers in 2019. Last week we talked about, “Hey, my property needs repairs and I have some things that are left in there I don’t really want to bring along with me. Can you guys still buy the property?” This week we’re going to talk about what if we can’t agree on price, then what, what happens next? That’s what we’re going to discuss today.

Without further ado, let’s jump right into it guys. What if we can’t agree on price, what happens then? Well, this comes up a lot, believe it or not. We don’t agree on price with most of sellers we speak with and that’s okay. We don’t pretend to be the only solution for your situation, we’re just not going to be. What happens in the situation where we’re not close or we’re not going to be able to agree? Well, we’re going to leave you with a couple of different options in which we’re prepared to purchase the property from you to review. You can hold onto that, you can keep it for your records… And maybe things will change, maybe you’ll want to revisit it, maybe you’ll give us a call back later in the future.
One other thing that could happen. If we’re not your solution, we pride ourselves with trying to put you in contact with someone who maybe we think can better serve you, all right? That’s the second thing, we’re going to leave you with somebody that we think maybe can help you better than we can. At least maybe you can give them a shot, try them out as well.
That’s pretty much the gist of it, guys. Number one, we’re going to leave you with a few options for your review, you can hold onto, call us back later. See if those options are still viable, see if we’ll still honor those terms. I can’t guarantee that, right, because the market changes. It changes regularly and maybe the level of repairs has increased on the property. There’s a lot of different factors, right?
